The Hark 2 Door Gas Smoker is a vitreous enamel coated smoker with a sturdy construction including wide, stable legs. The gas-powered smoker includes a hose and regulator and connects to a standard gas bottle.

The two doors allows you to replenish your woodchips and water pan without opening the cooking chamber and letting heat or smoke out.

The Hark 2 Door Gas Smoker also features a large cooking area with four adjustable shelves.
